Measuring citizens’ awareness of their entitlements, and potentially helps citizens know the standard of services they should expect and claim their rights to healthcare.

Feed Salone program aims to improve agricultural service delivery as part of the big five priorities of the new administration. Measuring farmers’ knowledge and information gaps on agricultural support services will help service users to know their entitlements and to demand accountability from frontline extension workers, policy makers and elected officials. When citizens trust that their tax payments and other sources of revenue are managed responsibly, they are more likely to comply with tax laws and regulations. We measure citizens’ trust in revenue as one indicator of financial transparency at the local level. The baseline shows a very low level of trust in the Local Councils’ revenue management.
